FEHÉR – MIXED-USE BUILDING WITH 80 APPARTMENTS
The design takes the specific characteristics of the environment into account as it makes visual separation as well as it preserves the open space. The building turns with solid walls to the urban interchange and with opened surfaces to the inner park. The structure of the facade is constituted from several layers of grids projected on each other in which the windows and loggias are structured by line and level, meanwhile the outer framework of pillars and beams have a random system. Retail units are taken place on ground floor and apartments above. The latter open from two four-storey, covered, inner atriums.
